Blog items export

You can make an export of all blog posts made over a certain period of time to, for example, perform analysis on shared content. The content is made downloadable in a zip file. The zip file will contain all written blogs in .txt extension.

• Navigate to the Management module.
• Select the Export module.
• Under Type, choose Portfolio blogs.
• Click Continue.

Fill in the following details:

• Name: Provide a name for the export. This makes it easier for other administrators to identify what has been exported, potentially allowing them to reuse the export.
• Include Metadata: Include additional metadata, such as labels and submissions linked to assignments.
• Include Comments: Include comments provided in the response fields of the work item in the export.
• Start Date: Specify the start date from which the export should run.
• End Date: Specify the end date up to and including which the export should stop.
