Dashboard - Manage

In the administration environment, there is a dashboard that provides various insights:

• Number of logins in the past 7 days: This shows how many Single Sign-On and manual logins have been made.
• Activity within the community in the past 7 days: This displays:
  • The number of likes given.
  • The number of comments posted.
  • The number of items posted in the community.
  • The number of personal posts created in the portfolio.
• The number of users within the environment, including Alumni and External users.
• Activity within the environment during the past period.

Activity in the environment

Under the activity statistics table, the following details are displayed regarding the activity within the environment:

• Activated: The number of activated accounts within the environment.
  • The percentage shows how much this is as a proportion of the total number of accounts in the environment.
• Not activated: The number of accounts that have not logged in previously and are therefore not activated.
• Active in the last 30 days: The number of accounts that have been active in the past 30 days.
• Active in the last 90 days: The number of accounts that have been active in the past 90 days.
• Active in the past quarter: The number of accounts that have been active in the past quarter.
