Shortcuts
It is possible to always have a number of shortcuts to external programs in the top bar. There may be shortcuts specific to teachers or students.
For example links to:
- email programs
- administration systems
- timetable programs
- school specific instructional videos etc
To add shortcuts:
- Go to Administration
- Go to Shortcuts.
- Choose whether the shortcut is for a Student or Teacher.
- Click Add.
- Choose an icon and give a Title
- Add the internet address you want to refer to.
- Click Save.
The shortcuts always open in a separate tab so that the student or teacher also stays in Simulise.
