Handing out assignment via URL

It's possible to distribute an assignment to students through a URL. The URL can, for instance, be utilized within another application, allowing students to easily transition from one application to Simulise. An assignment has its unique URL. Through the Share option, it's feasible to distribute this URL. When you navigate to an assignment, there's a button named 'Share'.

If you click on share it opens a new page.

The URL that appears here is unique to the assignment. By clicking on the copy icon on the right side, the URL is copied. This URL can be shared, for example, among students.

When students or groups that the student is a part of are linked to the assignment, the student can access the assignment through the URL. If the student is not linked to the assignment, it's not possible for them to access the assignment via the URL. The message that appears in that case looks like the following:
