Bulk options in review

When assignments are selected in the assessment module, you can click on Bulk at the bottom of the page. Within the bulk options, we have the following choices:

  1. Complete with review.
  2. Complete without review.
  3. Download deliverables.

Complete with review

Sometimes, it's convenient to directly assign badges to submitted answers from students instead of going through them individually. In this case, providing individual feedback or offering nuances on sub-criteria is not possible. However, this can be done later if you wish to revise the assessment for an individual student.

Here's how you do it:

  1. Optionally, filter the list for the assignment you want to complete. Select the assignment you want to evaluate. The option Complete with review only appears for assignments that use the same rubrics. Therefore, you will generally need to do this per assignment.
  2. Choose BulkComplete with review.
  3. For each rubric, choose the badge you want to assign to all selected students. Slide to give an assessment. Then choose Assign Badges.

Complete without review

Sometimes, it's convenient to finalize assignments directly when feedback is not necessary or when the assignment needs to be removed from the student's overview without being assessed.

Here's how you do it:

  1. Optionally, filter the assignment(s) you want to complete.
  2. Now, select all the assignments you want to complete using the checkboxes on the left.
  3. Choose BulkComplete Without review.

When an assignment is completed without evaluation, the rubric associated with the assignment is not considered in the competency diagram.

Download deliverables

t can be useful to download all the submission deliverables in your assessment module. Here's how you can do it:

  1. Optionally, filter the assignment(s) for which submission pieces need to be downloaded. This can include all assignments as well.
  2. Now, select all the assignments you want to download using the checkboxes on the left.
  3. Choose BulkDownload deliverables.

The following message will appear:

When the download is ready, you can download the export from the notifications overview.

The export is always created in a ZIP file and follows a specific structure. The export looks like this:

  1. If selected for groups only: Export Name -> Assignment Name -> Groups -> Assignment Status -> Student Name -> Submission Pieces.
  2. If selected for both groups and individual students: Export Name -> Assignment Name -> Groups and Assignment Status (individual students) -> Assignment Status (chosen for group folders) -> Student Name -> Submission Pieces."
