Delete location

When locations have been created, it is possible to edit or delete the locations. If you want to delete multiple locations at once, check the checkboxes and use the bulk option to delete.

Deleting a location will have the following consequences:

• All links to the location will be undone: As a result, items in the library that were linked to the location will temporarily become 'invisible.' These items can be brought back into view by using the filtering option.
• Users who were linked to the group associated with the location, and who are not linked to any other location, will:
  • No longer be able to find items in the library without filtering.
  • No longer be able to create items, as they won't be able to select a location.
