Archive/delete a course

An existing course can be set to active, inactive, archived, deleted, or permanently deleted. Each of these statuses has different consequences:

  • Active: The course is visible to recipients and can be worked on.
  • Inactive: The course is visible to recipients and can be worked on. In the management environment, the course is placed under the “Inactive” filter.
  • Archived: The course remains visible to recipients; however, it can no longer be worked on. In the management environment, the course is placed under the “Archived” filter.
  • Deleted: The course is no longer visible to recipients and can no longer be worked on. In the management environment, the course is placed under the “Deleted” filter.
  • Permanently deleted: The course, including professional competencies, sub-aspects, and results, is removed for all recipients. The course is permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
