Pinned activities

Pinned Activities allow you to pin Community items in the right column within the community.

Pin Activities in the Community

Administrators can pin activities in the Community. Up to 3 activities can be pinned in the right column.

  • Navigate to the Community module.
  • Find the activity you want to pin.
  • Click on the pin icon at the bottom right of the activity.

Next, you will be directed to a screen where you need to fill in the following details:

  • Start date: The date on which the activity will be pinned in the Community.
  • End date: The date on which the activity will no longer be pinned in the Community.

Managing Pinned Activities

Pinned activities can be managed in the Admin module.

  • Navigate to the Admin module.
  • Click on Pins.

From here, you can:

  • Edit: Change the start date and end date of the activity.
  • Permanently delete: Remove the pinned activity.

Only the 'Pin' will be removed. The file will remain.
