My course

If a course is linked to you, you will gain access to the course module. This module shows all courses you have ever been linked to.

When you open a course, you will see the structure of the course as well as your progress within it. With this module, you can easily track your development!

• If you have only one active course, you will be taken directly to the course view.
• If you are linked to more than one course, you will see a table containing all your courses.

Course content

Once you open a course, you will see its structure. The table view shows which professional skills and underlying aspects belong to the course. For each aspect, your achieved results are displayed in the progress column.

If a professional skill consists of only one aspect, that aspect will be shown directly.

Viewing progress

The progress column provides insight into your development within the course at the aspect level. Here you will see:

• Circles: The number of circles corresponds to the number of steps within the aspect.
  • Assessments are visually represented in the circles using colors that match the assessment results.
  • The results correspond to the levels associated with a professional skill.

Clicking on one of the circles navigates you to the corresponding page. On this page, you will see all achieved results and feedback for this aspect in chronological order.

Aspect page

Clicking on the name of an aspect takes you to its own page. On this page, you will see all portfolio assignments available for you that belong to this aspect. From here, you can:

• View the status of the assignment
• Check how much feedback has been given on the assignment
• See the amount of evidence collected for the assignment
• Click the assignment to complete and submit it

You may also see an optional feedback field. On this page, you can contact the assessors for this aspect. By typing your feedback, all assessors linked to this aspect will receive a notification and can respond to your question.

Would you like to use this only for personal notes? Switch on the visible only to me toggle. In that case, the message you typed will only be visible to you.

Diagram tab

Within a course, you will find the Diagram tab at the top right. Clicking this provides a visual representation of the course in the form of a circular diagram. The diagram shows your current progress and corresponds to the progress column in the table.

Clicking on a step in the diagram navigates you, just like in the progress column, to the corresponding page where the history of assessments and feedback is displayed in chronological order.

Do you want to know which assessments have been made for a particular step? Hover over the steps to see the full history of assessments.

How to find portfolio assignments available for you

You can find portfolio assignments in two ways:

1. Navigate to the Assignments module, choose Filters, and switch on the Portfolio assignments toggle. You will now see only the portfolio assignments available for you that still need to be submitted.
2. Click on the name of the aspect in the Courses module. You will then be taken to the aspect page, where you can see which portfolio assignments are available for that aspect.
