The Catalog offers the possibility to import sample assignments, templates, and rubrics into your own environment. The sample items have been prepared by Simulise.

If the Catalog module is active for your school, you will see an additional tab within the library as an Author:

Importing from the Catalogue

An item that is listed in the catalog can be imported into your own environment. To determine which item you want to import, you can first open the assignment, template, or rubric. At the bottom, you will see the option: Import this (module name). Once you click this, the following will happen:

• You will receive a notification once the item has been imported into your own environment.

  Everything linked to the item will be imported as well, such as:

  • For an assignment: the template and rubric(s).
  • Labels linked to the item.

You can import an item multiple times into your environment. If the item already exists in your environment, you will receive a pop-up notification.
