Portfolio activity
Go to the Analytics module and select Portfolio Activity. From this report, you can generate an overview of student activity in Simulise.
Create new portfolio activity report
To create a report, click New Report. You will now need to enter a number of parameters to generate the desired overview:

- Select groups: Choose one or more goups for whom you want to generate this report.
- Select students: Choose one or more students for whom you want to generate this report.
- Select daterange: Specify the period for which the report should be generated.
Report portfolio activity
The report displays various insights into student activity within their portfolios in a tabular format.
Not all columns are shown by default. You can freely configure which columns are visible using the settings (gear icon) in the table.

The table consists of the following columns:
- Name: The name of the student.
- Profile picture: The student's profile picture.
- Profile text (not directly visible): The “About me” text written by the student.
- Logins: The number of times the student has logged in to Simulise.
- Latest login: The date on which the student last logged in.
- Latest portfolio activity: The date on which the student last performed an activity in their portfolio.
- Portfolio file size: The size of the student's portfolio in KB, MB, or GB.
- Portfolio work items: The number of work items in the student's portfolio.
- Portfolio pages: The number of pages in the student's portfolio.
- Received page templates: The number of page templates that have been assigned to the student.
- Completed page templates (not directly visible): The number of templates that have been fully completed by the student (all elements must be filled in).
- Received plans: The number of lesson plans the student has received.
- Received assignments: The number of assignments the student has received.
- Completed assignments (not directly visible): The number of assignments with the status “Completed” for the student. An assessment must have been completed within the assignment for it to receive this status.
- Groups (not directly visible): The groups the student is linked to.
- Working groups (not directly visible): The working groups the student is linked to.
- Received badges (not directly visible): The number of badges earned by the student.
Save or download the report
The report can be saved for later use. This can be done with the green Save button. The saved reports can be found under the Competencies tile.
The report can also be downloaded with the Download button. Chose for the blue button. The download will be made into a Excel file.
