Privacy portfolio items (work)

• Only visible to me (draft): I am the only one who sees this item in the portfolio. I cannot return this item.
• Visible for students and teachers in your groups and appears on the Community timeline: This means that anyone, student and teachers, in your group can view the item and the item will be posted to the Community of this group(s). If you uncheck the Appears in your community timeline, the item will not be shared with your groups.
• Only visible to teachers in my school: With this option, the item you post is only visible to the teachers at school.
• Only visible for..: Here you can indicate very specifically to whom this item is visible.

The school determines which setting is checked by default here. You can always make a different choice.

Otherwise the following options are visual:

• Only visible to me (draft): I am the only one who sees this item in the portfolio. I cannot return this item.
• Visible to students and teachers in your groups and appears in your Community timeline: This means that anyone in your group(s) can view the item and the item will be posted to the Community of this group(s). If you uncheck the Appears in your community timeline, the item will not be shared with your groups.
• Only visible for my teachers: With this option, the item you post is only visible to your teachers (the teacher must be in your group).
• Only visible for...: Here you can indicate very specifically to whom this item is visible.

Your portfolio is not visible outside your school. You can invite Externals yourself. They are then allowed to see your portfolio.
