Skills analysis

Go to Analytics. Here you see the Skills tile, which you can use to create an overview of the average score of students' skills.

Create new report

To create a report, click on New report.

You will now have to enter a number of parameters to generate the desired overview:

  1. Under Select students, indicate which groups or students (more options) will be included in the report. Multiple groups or students can be selected.
  2. Under Select date range, indicate which period the report refers to.
  3. Under Select skills, indicate which competency diagram(s) or competencies (more options) the report is about. Multiple diagrams or competencies can be selected.
  4. In Extra options, indicate whether all assignments submitted to the student count or only the assignments that a student has submitted.
Then click on Excecute to generate the report.

If unfinished assignments also count, the score will be lower. After all, the average over all assignments is counted and the score of the assignments that have not been handed in is zero.

View Report

After generating the report, an overview is shown of the average score on the competencies shown in the columns.

The functions are explained in the image below.

When the student's score is green, he is above average, when the score is orange, the student is 30% below average. If the score is red, the student is below that.
