Student skills diagrams

You can make an export of selected competency diagrams over a certain period, for example to include with the report. The diagrams are made downloadable in a zip file. The zip file contains the diagrams for the selected period for each student.

Export skills diagram as Skills-author

• Navigate to the Skills module.
• Select Diagrams in the top-right corner.
• Click on the blue arrow and choose Export.

You will be redirected to a new export page. See the image below under Exporting Diagrams as an Administrator for reference.

Export skills diagram as Administrator

• Navigate to the Management module.
• Select the Export module.
• Under Type, choose Student with skill diagrams.
• Click Continue.

Fill in the following details:

• Name: Provide a name for the export. This helps other administrators recognize what has been exported, enabling potential reuse of the export.
• Groups: Select the groups whose diagrams you wish to export.
• Skill Diagrams: Choose the diagrams for which you want to export results. Multiple diagrams can be selected.
• Date Range: Specify the period for which you want to export results. The average for this period will be included in the diagrams.
• Show Only finished Assignments: Decide whether to include only completed assignments in the competency diagram. Incomplete assignments can count as a score of 0 in the diagram if not filtered out.

The export includes all selected competency diagrams for each student where results have been achieved.
