Aspects and professional skills in the label module

All created aspects and professional skills are displayed in the Labels module. The categories are only visible when the Courses module is active in your environment.

Clicking on the categories opens a table showing:

• All aspects created in the environment.
  • Which professional skill each aspect is linked to.
  • Which course each aspect is linked to.
  • How many portfolio assignments each aspect is linked to.
• All professional skills created in the environment.
  • Which aspects are linked to each professional skill.
  • Which course each professional skill is linked to.

Managing aspects and professional skills

You can manage aspects and professional skills from within this module. Behind each aspect and professional skill, you can use the blue square to choose:

• Active / Inactive → Moves the item behind a filter.
• Archive → Moves the item behind a filter, but it remains active in the course.
• Delete → Visually removes the item from the diagram. Existing results remain available.
• Permanently delete → Completely removes the item, including all achieved results.

Note: Any choice made here is automatically applied to the course as well.
