User data via UWLR (automatic synchronisation of data)

The UWLR link is a dynamic link in which not only the students and teaching teachers are created and maintained from the administration package, the teaching groups are also assigned. Very handy and ensures a low administrative burden. Logging in is arranged via Kennisnet Entrance (SSO). Usually the administrative system is also set up here as login, but can sometimes also be a VLE such as itslearning.

• ARP - Kennisnet: at Kennisnet permission must be given for the ARP of Simulise. It is important that all attributes are allowed in the ARP. Please use this form.
• Activate UWLR: Master: From the supervisor role, access must be granted (consent is given) to "SIMULISE - UWLR Narrow set" and the "Simulise set". Consent is given via the website: https://accounts.magister.net/admin and you must log in as "supervisor".Somtoday: by going to Links in SOM management and choosing Other links, a UWLR will be created generated code that we need.
• Feedback - Please let us know when the above is ready. We would like to receive your Brincode and Dependance/location code. And for Somtoday schools the UWLR code.You can send these to servicedesk@simulise.com.

We will then activate the link. If you have been using Simulise for some time, we may send additional information to match the existing user data.

Once imported into Simulise, you can see in the user overview when a specific user was last synchronized with UWLR. If a teacher does not return with the UWLR synchronization because the teacher no longer has any teaching groups, filter on Deleted users. Choose to restore for this teacher, and the account will be active again.
