How do I use the template overview?
Who is this for: teachers
Page templates can be created and distributed to students. If the student fills out the template, it will appear in the student's portfolio. If the template has been distributed to a group, you can quickly see which students have filled out the template and to what extent. To view this, navigate to the group overview and select the Templates tab.

In this overview, you can see the number of templates that have been distributed to the group, including:
- The title of the template.
- How many students have fully completed/filled out the template.
- How many students have started the template.
Good to know
Using the blue square, you can choose to view the results or export the template. The downloaded export will contain, in PDF format, the pages of all students who have started filling out the template.
If you want to see who filled out what in the template, click on the title of the template. You will now land on the page below:

The overview provides the following options:
- Clicking on the student's name will take you to the page in the portfolio. The page will open in a new tab.
- The status of the template:
- Checkmark: All elements of the template have been completed.
- Three dots (...): The student has started working on the template but has not finished yet.
- Cross (X): The student has not yet started creating the page.
Good to know
You can show or hide columns, except the Name column. In an opened template there is a column per element: click an element to go straight to that element on the page. If students may add their own elements, there is an Extra element column at the end. It does not count towards completion. 50 students are shown per page.
