Give a periode acces to all groups
From the UWLR, only the classes are linked to someone. If a decaan or (TTO) coordinator also teaches, he/she can only hand out CEG assignments to their own groups.
Do you want this person to be able to hand out assignments or lesson plans to the entire school?
- Look up the person under Users in Administration
- Click Edit
- Now add the main group of the school under Groups.
- Click Save.
The person can now hand out assignments to all groups under this group.
Note: when classes are added here, the UWLR will throw them out again. Classes cannot be added here.
